Tour operators get a full business suite: itinerary builder, tour wizard, booking calendar, invoicing, due payment tracking, financial reports, channel management, and customer review management. Property owners get listing management, partnership tools, and booking management.
How do payments work?
Tour operators top up a wallet using M-Pesa, cards, or mobile money via PesaPal. Lead costs are deducted from the wallet balance. Property owners are not charged for listings. Travel agents earn commission that accumulates in their agent account.
