By accessing or using SafariSync ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
SafariSync is a marketplace platform that connects travelers with safari tour operators and property owners across Africa. We facilitate introductions and inquiries but are not a party to any bookings or agreements made between travelers and operators.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
As a traveler using SafariSync, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information in your inquiries and communications.
- Respect the operators and property owners you interact with.
- Understand that SafariSync facilitates connections but does not guarantee availability, pricing, or service quality of third-party operators.
5. Operator Relationships
Safari operators and property owners listed on SafariSync are independent businesses. SafariSync does not control or guarantee:
- The accuracy of listing information provided by operators.
- The quality of safari experiences or accommodation.
- Pricing, availability, or booking terms set by operators.
- Operator compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
6. Reviews and Content
- Reviews must be based on genuine experiences.
- You may not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- SafariSync reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
- By posting content, you grant SafariSync a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of SafariSync are owned by Timeless International and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SafariSync provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between travelers and operators should be resolved directly between those parties. SafariSync may offer mediation assistance at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
