A clearer client page
## New - Each client's page now shows everything that happened with them on one timeline, and lets you add a note or call straight from it. - The page suggests the next step, such as following up an itinerary they opened or an invoice still owed. - You can see a client's invoices, enquiries and inbox emails from their page. - A checklist shows which travel details are still missing, and passport numbers stay hidden until you choose to show them. - Client totals now show in your own currency rather than always in US dollars. - The tours map now draws routes through Mafia Island, Lake Eyasi, Lake Natron, Ndutu, Materuni, Kikuletwa hot springs, Nairobi, Lake Naivasha and Ol Pejeta.

Website forms
## New - Paste an email or WhatsApp message on Add New Client and the form fills itself in for you to check. - You can type any city for a client, even one that is not in the list. - Enquiries from the form on your own website now arrive straight in Leads and Clients, free of charge. - Lead rules can now route enquiries that came from your own website form. - The itinerary AI assistant can now draft a whole trip day by day from one description. - Ask the itinerary AI assistant in Swahili or any other language and it writes the itinerary in English. - The tours map now traces each safari through the parks its itinerary visits, not only the lodges with a pin. - Itinerary locations now suggest cities, towns, airports, airstrips, park areas, gates and border posts across East and Southern Africa, including Nairobi. - The itinerary country list now includes Malawi, Burundi, DR Congo, Seychelles, Mauritius and Eswatini. ## Fixed - When you change a trip's length, the departure day stays last and keeps what you wrote on it. - Day numbers in the itinerary builder now match the numbers your client sees. - Move days up or down, add a day after any day, and repeat a day for another night at the same place. - "Same as day 2" fills tonight's lodge from the night before, and "Next day" takes you straight on. - Removed a day by mistake? Undo puts it back where it was. - You can write each day's description while building the itinerary; blank ones are still drafted for you when you save. - The tours list no longer flickers and reloads itself on page 2 and beyond. - Paging and filtering tours is faster, because the page no longer reloads from the server on each change.

A better way to browse safari tours
## New - The tours page now mixes tours from different operators instead of showing one company's tours in a row. - Tour cards line up at the same size, with proper margins on phones. - The tour map shows every matching tour along the route it takes, with a list of what is in view. - You can sort tours by Newest again; the default order is now called Recommended.

Clearer wallet, Getting Started and leads
## New - Your dashboard home now opens with what needs a reply or a fix, such as overdue invoices and departures at risk. - The greeting on your dashboard matches your own time of day. - The tour operator directory and country pages have a menu that stays on screen, so you can jump to operators, quotes, tours or questions. - Each tour operator page now links to operators in other countries, and the main directory lists every country page. - Operator cards on the directory show straight away instead of fading in as you scroll. - Tour and operator pages now have a menu under the photo that stays on screen, so you can jump to the itinerary, what's included, reviews, prices or contact. - You can start a quote right from the top of a tour or operator page: pick your date and number of travellers, and the full form opens ready to finish. ## Fixed - Dates across your dashboard now read the same way everywhere, for example 20 Oct 2026. - Tour operators see wording about their own bookings, tours and clients instead of property wording. - Bulk export and import show only the records that belong to your kind of business. - Empty bookings, clients and agreements lists now tell you how to get started. - The notification bell's number now matches the notifications you can see. - Your public profile settings open with your profile already filled in, instead of a loading screen. - Dashboard pages appear faster and no longer flicker as they load. - The dashboard menu shows everything you can use as soon as a page opens, instead of a short menu that fills in a moment later. - When your wallet goes below zero it now says how much is owed and why, and the top-up form starts at the amount that clears it. - Getting Started marks "Go Live" as soon as travellers can see your listing, and the wallet step is now called "Add Lead Credit". - The Leads page has an "Expired & declined" tab, so you can see the enquiries you missed and why they closed. - Admin → All Leads loads again; it failed when a lead's email address could no longer receive mail.

A lead console for following up and catching scams
## New - Admins can now see every lead, why it did or did not become a booking, and whether it looks like spam or a scam, with the evidence. - Admins can mark a lead as spam, which refunds the lead charge to the operator and warns them not to engage. - Admins can keep follow-up notes and dates on a lead and remind the operator when a traveller is waiting. - Each organization page now shows how quickly the operator answers leads, how many expire, and when they were last active. - Cancelling a subscription from an organization page works again. - Tour operator and lodge company pages open with a full-screen photo, the facts that matter and the price their trips start from. - Each trip on an operator's page has a "Personalise this trip" button that opens the quote form with that trip already chosen. - Operator pages show who you will deal with, including short team bios, and only show a reviews section once there are reviews. - Quote forms say "1 day" and "replies the same day" correctly. - Search findings now opens with charts: clicks and position over 90 days, open findings by type, found and closed each week, and the searches closest to page one. - You can search, filter by certainty, sort, export to CSV and set several findings aside at once. - Page Analyzer now shows where a page lost points, its score over time, what changed since the last check, and how the page is doing in Google with its top searches.

Help when a password reset finds no account
## New - If you ask to reset a password for an email that isn't registered, we now email you to say so and show you how to register or join your company's account. - When someone at your company tries to sign in with an unregistered company email, your team is told so you can add them from Settings → Team. - Admin finance can now keep SafariSync's own books: journal vouchers approved by a second person, month closing, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet. - PesaPal and bank statements can be imported and matched to recorded payments, with wallet and commission checks. - Jev suggests matches, accounts and what needs attention; a person always decides.

Property owners' referral rewards now come off their next plan payment automatically.
## New - Property owners' referral rewards now come off their next plan payment automatically. ## Fixed - Admin payment history now marks payments operators recorded themselves, and no longer offers to refund money SafariSync never held. - Admin → Invoices opens again instead of showing an error.

Finance back office you can trust
## Fixed - Payment history exports now contain every matching payment, not just the page on screen. - Partly refunded payments show what was refunded and when. - Re-approving a payment gateway rejected by mistake switches it back on. - Admin booking lookup now shows every amount with its currency and finds bookings that were moved to the trash. - The lead funnel now shows how fast operators accept leads and where leads come from. - Module revenue now shows that nothing is billed during the free period, and what subscribers will pay once it ends. - AI usage now names each organisation and warns when one passes its own budget. - A promo code can no longer raise a guest's price. - Crediting or waiving a property owner's commission dispute now takes the amount off their bill straight away. - Billing now shows exactly what operators owe SafariSync in commission, and how late it is. - Revenue figures now include commission bills paid and take refunds off. - A card or mobile-money top-up that PesaPal confirms late is now credited, even after a week. - Admin can check any unconfirmed card or mobile-money top-up with PesaPal and credit it in one click. - Rejected bank-transfer top-ups now always tell the operator why. - Admin staff now see only the finance and lead reports their role allows, and finance-reports staff can open Module Revenue again.

Improvements and fixes
## Fixed - Tour operators' menus now describe their own work: People & HR is headed "Your team", and Arrival Board, Pre-Arrival Emails, Dietary, Lost & Found and Incidents talk about travellers and trips. - Tour operators no longer see the Operations Hub menu, which is for lodges and camps; office petty cash is now under Finance.
nav - Fixedvv1.78.1

marketplace - Newvv1.78.0
Your Marketplace, for your kind of business
## New - Tour operators now see only the modules that fit a tour business, described in tour terms, and lodges see only theirs. - The Marketplace adviser asks tour operators about their tours, with examples from running trips. - Add-ons that did not unlock anything are no longer offered.
marketplace - Newvv1.77.0
People & HR for tour operators
## New - Tour operators can now keep their team in People & HR: staff records, contracts and licences, leave, payroll, loans and advances. - Tour operators can keep an office petty cash box, with receipts, approvals and counts, once it is switched on for them. - Your books can now show the stock you hold: each month end the stock value is posted to Inventory, worked out from your stock records. - Download every journal line for a period as a spreadsheet for your accountant, or to import into Xero or QuickBooks. - Set camp rotations such as 21 days on and 7 off, and fill a draft roster week from them in one click. - Keep track of staff housing: rooms and tents, beds, and who sleeps where each night. - The kitchen forecast counts staff from the published roster when there is one. - Share service charge or tips through payroll, equally or by days worked, to the cent. - HR can keep confidential case records, limited to the people named on them and never shown to the person concerned. - Staff can ask for a salary advance on My work; once approved and paid out, it is taken back from payroll a little each month. - Approving or rejecting payroll now sends one notice, not two. - Staff can clock in and out on their phone by scanning a poster at the camp, once you switch it on in HR settings. - A camp kiosk lets staff without a login clock in with their employee number and a PIN. - Lateness and overtime from a clock-in follow the same rules as the supervisor's day sheet, and overtime still waits for approval. - Lodges can now run payroll: a monthly run is worked out from contracts, approved overtime and unpaid leave, using your own overtime and leave rules. - Payroll runs are approved by someone other than whoever prepared them, and never by someone paid in the run. - Approved payroll issues a payslip for each person, posts to your books, and gives you a bank and mobile-money payment file. - Staff can download their own payslips from My work. ## Fixed - Staff now get a notice when leave that HR recorded for them is approved or turned down. - Tour operators no longer see the Operations Hub and People & HR menus, which are for lodges.

## New - Search findings now show every saved Google title and what happened to the page's clicks afterwards, compared with the rest of the site. - On a search finding for a tour, lodge or blog post that people see in Google but rarely click, you can now get a better title and description drafted from the listing's own facts, edit it, and save it to the page. - Search findings now say whether searchers are researching, ready to book or looking for another company, and flag pages that may not answer the search, so the most valuable fixes come first.
seo - Newvv1.74.0
Search findings for SEO admins
## New - Admin → SEO → Search findings lists what to fix next on each website: pages close to page one, pages Google shows but people rarely click, pages losing clicks, searches split between two of our pages, and pages Google has not indexed. - Each finding shows the figures behind it, clears itself when the problem goes away, and can be set aside with a reason. ## Fixed - Your weekly search report and a tour's Google position now count only safarisync.com, and the click-through rate is worked out from your real totals.
seo - Newvv1.73.0
A shorter menu
## New - Related pages now share one menu entry with tabs across the top: Inbox, Reviews & Feedback, Reports & Analytics, Security and Audit trail. - Tour operators' Tours & Partnerships menu is split into Tours & Quotes and Partnerships. - You can now edit an event's details, enter delegates' arrival, departure, room and phone, and say where each run-sheet item happens. - You can now change a departure's seats, price, minimum and vehicle without cancelling it, and choose a vehicle when you create one. - The dashboard search (Ctrl+K) now finds your tours, quotes and itineraries. - The dashboard search (Ctrl+K) now finds pages by name, so you can jump straight to any screen. ## Fixed - When a partnership ends, the operator's STO rate ends with it; a renewed partnership needs the lodge to approve STO again. - Secondary text across the dashboard is darker and easier to read. - Pop-up forms across the dashboard now close with the Escape key. - A reseller agreement can now record as many sales as you make, not just one. - The top menu no longer overlaps the search and account buttons on smaller screens; menus that don't fit are under "More". - A partnership agreement can no longer be proposed with an end date before its start date. - Your events list now shows upcoming events first. - Sales To-Do now brings back quoted leads that have gone quiet, so you know to chase them. - On Hold now shows "Waiting for the lodge to approve" on partner holds instead of a Confirm button that couldn't work. - The leads filter now lists your tours as well as lodges, so tour operators can filter leads by tour. - A quote is now valid through the whole of its "valid until" day, and you can set that day to today. - You can record a bank transfer or cash payment on an invoice even if you haven't connected a payment gateway. - Pop-up forms on the main operator screens now close with the Escape key. - Quick-adding a park fee to a quote now includes a line for the children at the child fee. - The "Set one on the pipeline board" link on a lead now opens the pipeline board. - On the bookings list, tour operators now see "Lodge cost" instead of "Revenue", since those totals are what lodges charge you. - The Tour Calendar now shows completed trips and leaves out cancelled ones, which are on the Cancelled bookings page. - Booking search and Cancelled bookings now let tour operators filter by partner lodge. - "Release all expired" on On Hold now tells you how many holds were really released and how many were not. - The invoice list shows who each ad-hoc invoice is billed to, and tells you when it couldn't load instead of saying you have none. - When you issue a credit note, the invoice list shows only invoices that can be credited, and a credit note that can't be voided tells you why. - The Arrival Board shows tour operators how many travellers are on safari instead of a lodge occupancy figure. - "Follow Up" on Sales To-Do now opens a message to the client, with their email and phone, instead of a page you couldn't send from. - Departures that have already left no longer offer to sell seats. - Lead and activity screens use travel wording (arrival, departure) instead of hotel-only terms like check-in and room number. - The referral invitation no longer pops up on your first days, closes with Escape, and shows the reward amounts actually on offer. - Creating an invoice now takes you to the new invoice, and if it fails you see the reason. - Tour operators no longer see the Properties & Pricing menu section, whose pages only apply to lodges. - The top menu now shows Bookings Search, Cancelled and the partnership pages to the right people. - When a partnership ends, rooms held in its room block go back on sale straight away, and no release penalty is charged. - Guests on a multi-lodge safari now get one pre-arrival email before the trip, not one for every lodge. - A vehicle can only be assigned to a booking on the days its guests are travelling, and groups already on safari now appear in the vehicle schedule's booking list. - You can now find partner lodges by city, and Discover Property Owners lets you see more than the first 20. - Traveler Safety keeps guests listed for the whole of their departure day, and Active Guests counts people rather than bookings. - Fleet Reports shows whole days in the date range, so utilisation percentages are right. - The time you enter on an incident report is now saved exactly as entered, instead of three hours late in East Africa. - Creating an itinerary from a template now keeps the terms, inclusions, arrival details and budget you entered, and tells you if the template's length differs from your dates. - An event's contracted cost no longer includes options that are only requested or on hold; those are shown separately. - Cancelling an event now asks you to confirm, because it cannot be undone. - Revenue on the Quotes, Sharing analytics and Reseller marketplace pages no longer adds different currencies together. - Duplicating a tour now keeps its arrival and departure points, and duplicating or importing tours respects your plan's tour limit. - A park fee of 0 for residents or citizens is kept when you edit the fee, instead of being treated as not set. - Recalculating a quote that came from a costing sheet no longer adds the park fees a second time. - After paying for an itinerary design template or the White-Label Package you return to the design page instead of an error page. - When you change a day or the quote on an itinerary, your client's PDF download shows the change. - Previewing an itinerary yourself no longer tells you the client opened it, and a client refreshing the page no longer sends you another "viewed" email. - Quotes and their PDFs now show the right number of adults when children are travelling. - On a new quote, changing the number of travellers no longer leaves behind tax for lines that were removed. - Client records now show their bookings, what they have paid and what they still owe, instead of zero. - Lead assignment rules that pick a source now work, and also apply to trip requests SafariSync matches to you, Trip Planner and group booking leads. - Lead ROI's cost per lead and acceptance rate now count only the leads you paid for, not ones you entered yourself. - Your dashboard counts only published tours, and the Go Live step only says you are live when travelers can actually see your listing. - Paging through Pending leads no longer empties your Accepted leads tab. - Today's Upcoming Departures now includes trips you have already quoted or booked. - Recent Leads on your dashboard shows who each lead is assigned to. - In Messages, "Copy Quote Link" now copies a link your client can open, and "Resend Confirm" tells you whether it was sent. - The lead page now shows declined and expired leads correctly, and lets you restore a lead you moved to the trash. - New clients now keep the country and city you enter in the wizard. - The discount field is no longer offered when you book a partner lodge; give your client a discount on the quote or itinerary instead. - The tax % on a partner booking no longer changes what the lodge is owed. - Your invoice numbers now run in order, without skipped or repeated numbers. - Refunds you record on Payment Reviews now come off your bank balance and guest deposits in your accounts. - Due Payments and the overdue invoices on Today leave out invoices you have credited in full, and show what is still owed. - When a lodge records your bank transfer against its settlement invoice, the settlement shows as paid on your side too. - You can correct the title, vendor or date of an expense that is waiting for approval. - Approving a budget now keeps the figures you typed, even if you didn't press "Save plan" first. - The "Mark Paid" button on settlements now appears only for the lodge that is owed the money. - Recording a payment on an invoice now suggests the amount still owed, not the full invoice total. - An invoice you have fully credited is no longer marked overdue. - The invoice editor's tax and total now match the invoice you create, including your tax rules on lines with no tax rate. - Leads without travel dates now read "Dates not given" on Today, Recent Leads, Messages and the lead quick view, instead of "Invalid Date". - On a partner booking, "Owed to owner" now shows what the lodge is owed and turns to Settled once you have paid it. - Tour operators can no longer check guests in or out of a partner lodge; the lodge records arrivals and departures itself. - Wallet history shows lead and add-on charges as money out, not money in. - Only team members allowed to raise invoices can turn a quote, lead or itinerary into one. - A vehicle on a multi-day departure can no longer be given transfers or activities on the same days, and vice versa. - Activities can now be assigned a vehicle from your fleet. - The transfer manifest, vehicle and staff schedules and fleet reports now move by the right day and show Sunday trips. - A vehicle with upcoming trips or service history can no longer be deleted (which erased its records); set it Out of service instead. - The Traveler Safety page now shows urgent open incidents (medical emergencies and high or critical reports) instead of always reading "All Clear". - Follow-up sequences set to start when a lead is contacted now send. - New Quote works for leads that have no dates or guest count yet, instead of breaking or showing 1970. - Leads created from your Inbox no longer get made-up dates and a guest count of one. - You can now edit a lead's dates, party size and contact details from the lead page. - A quick quote on a lead without a tour no longer shows your client one of your other tours. - Clients in the Americas now see the correct dates on your itinerary instead of each day one day early. - A client can no longer accept an itinerary whose price has expired or been withdrawn, or one you have deleted. - Clients can accept your quote even if you have not set up online payment; they are told you will arrange the deposit with them. - Editing a draft quote no longer erases its margin and the tax treatment of its lines. - Switching your subscription to yearly now charges the yearly price at the next billing date. - Quotes priced from supplier rates now charge children the supplier's child rate. - A new "Travellers in single rooms" field adds each supplier's single supplement when you price from rates. - A park with more than one season rate is charged once per date, not once per season, and you are told which rate was used. - You can now set a season's start and end dates on the Park Fees page. - Imported park fees keep whether your crew pays them, so guide entry fees appear on costings. - Creating an invoice from an itinerary with a quote bills the quote once, without adding the lodge bookings on top. - Lodge bookings priced in another currency are converted into the invoice currency, or the app tells you which rate is missing. - Pressing Create invoice twice on an itinerary opens the existing invoice instead of making a second one. - The quote builder's Calculate converts lodge and park-fee prices into the quote's currency, instead of treating shillings as dollars. - Costings convert lines priced in another currency at your exchange rate, instead of adding shillings as dollars. - If a costing line has no exchange rate yet, the costing tells you which one and won't create a quote until it has one. - Total revenue on the Financial page counts only issued invoices, not drafts or voided ones, and paid and pending now show real figures. - Receipt and expense totals are shown per currency instead of adding shillings to dollars, and pending or rejected expenses are left out. - Changing an expense's currency now updates your books in the new currency. - Park fees on a costing built from an itinerary are charged once per guest at the adult or child rate, instead of every guest paying both. - Crew park fees count every crew member, and vehicle gate fees count every vehicle on the costing. - The quote builder applies only the tax rules for the tour's country, not every country's at once. - Credit notes now show and record the invoice's own currency instead of always US dollars. - The Void button on an invoice works again: give a reason and the invoice is withdrawn and reversed in your books. - A sent invoice can no longer be set to Cancelled from its status, which left it in your revenue; use Void instead. - Fleet, the vehicle schedule, fleet reports, the operations board and the transfer manifest now open for anyone with Fleet & Transport. - Prices you set as VAT-inclusive are no longer charged with VAT added on top. - Your client's quote, proposal and itinerary links no longer show your net cost or markup. - A marketplace lead must be accepted before you can quote it.
